We are ideally situated, just 5 minutes from Durham and the University of New Hampshire, and 15 minutes to Portsmouth with its renowned restaurants and theatre. A little farther away are the famous outlet malls of Kittery, Maine. To the northwest, the White Mountains are only a short distance away. Located on 35 acres, our property has lots of trails and fresh air for guests to enjoy. There is also a 2.2 mile walking or jogging route along quiet country roads.
