9starhotels does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee.
Any claim or complaint against 9starhotels or in respect of the reservation must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 30 days after the scheduled day of consummation of the product or service (e.g. check out date). Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 30 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensations.
9starhotels will not be bound by or accept responsibility for any changes and cancellations made directly with the hotel.
Our policy is nonrefundable.
All request for cancellations that are not made in proper time frame are subject to cancellation fee determined by 9starhotels.com
If You require amendments, please cancel and re-book with new details. When You re-book, new rates may be applicable.
During special event periods, certain dates and early bird type bookings, hotels may pass on different cancellation policies of which You will be informed as soon as 9starhotels is notified.
In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible (usually set at US$50. In the event that your credit card company or bank charges the deductible from you because of unauthorized transactions resulting from a reservation made on our Platform, In order to indemnify you, please make sure that you report this fraud to your credit card provider (in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures) and contact us immediately by email.
These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services, prices, crossed-out rates.
All advance booking should be amend or cancel15 days in advance through email.
The hotel may charge you a cancellation fee. Before you cancel your booking, check the hotel's change and cancellation policy.
Changes and Cancellations
Bookings made are non-refundable 
Booking cancellations MUST be made at least three (3) days before the scheduled check-in date. A cancellation fee applies for each booking confirmation canceled as per our cancellation policy.
Any cancellation made less than three (3) days from the scheduled check-in date (irrespective of the number of stay dates booked) or any no-show in respect of a booking will result in the first night's payment under that booking confirmation being forfeited irrespective of the number of stay dates remaining.
